Winter Solstice
Sparkles at midnight. Empress Gin, Spiced Pear Liquor, Lemon Juice, Green Chartreuse, Simple Syrup and a sprig of Rosemary.
Vanilla Chai White Russian
Chai Tea fans will love this boozy, iced concoction that is winter white and sooo satisfying. Deep Eddy Vodka, Vanilla Vodka, Taco Chai Latte and Cafe Lollita, topped with housemate Whipped Cream.
Carajillo
Our fans can't get enough of espresso-based cocktails - and this has quickly become a bestseller. Licor 43 adds spice and depth; served on a big cube.
The Fig and Ginger
Fresh fig and lively ginger housemade syrup complements vodka to perfection. Light and entirely sippable all night long. A house favorite.
The Cork Sour
Rye fans, unite. Rye, a hint of lemon, Lillet Rouge and a lovely kiss of egg white foam offer a refreshing option.

The Proper (Irish) Coffee
Our sole hot cocktail warms the heart and soul on a cold winter's day - and made exactly as the Old Country would demand. Jameson Irish Whiskey, Coffee, Sugar and Homemade Whipped Cream.
The Manzana-Rita
A winter margarita with a kick. Lalo Tequila, Apple Cider, Cointreau and Simple Syrup, with a zing of lime.

We named it Cork for two reasons. This is the second. If you look at our wine racks, you'll clearly see we love a good grape. Ask your server, as this list changes often. By the glass or bottle.
