Our location sets us apart - a 100+ year-old theater building where you're surrounded by local brick and clay tile walls, exposed ceilings, copper pipes and a community table that invites conversations and connecting with friends. It's unlike any in our area, and we love bringing it back to life for you.

Everything about Cork has meaning.

First and foremost is our name – the force that guides everything we do. County Cork is where our pirate family has its roots, and where friends gather at the community watering hole after a long day of work, to share stories and reconnect.  

The people matter here.  

Cork is also what keeps wine and spirits at their best – they come to life when they breathe.  We met at a wine festival, and we wanted to make sure we never lost the joy of sharing what we love.

Community comes next – we’ve called the magical town called Southern Pines home for more than 20 years, before it was cool.  We raised our kids here, made incredible friends, invested in it, embraced everything that makes it unique.  We created this for you, as a place to find community, and camaraderie, because we’ve found it here in spades.  We're featuring our hometown and home state craft beer, spirits and beverages, to celebrate the dreams and creations from our neighbors and friends. 

Spirits - it’s a feeling more than a beverage. It’s energy, and music, and celebration.
